He has a deal to develop a sitcom for NBC. The dude is one of the most talented people in any industry. Wrote Mystery Team with Derrick Comedy, wrote for 30 Rock, acted in Community, got a Comedy Central stand-up special, and produces (with Ludovin who I'm surprised more people aren't reaching out to) most of his music.

He did a remix album and a few experimental hip-hop instrumental albums as mc dj, too.

I like Donald more as an actor / screenwriter. He has so much talent in that realm it's hard to justify him wanting to throw his hat in the over saturated hip-hop rat race. His mix-tapes are cool, but I'd rather see him direct a flick.

To me culdesac was dope production wise, but he had a couple cringe-worthy songs. "EP" had some really good cuts that told me he was coming into his own (Be Alone, Not Going Back). On Camp I think he od'ed a bit on some subject material (not being "black" enough) but the music was so good I didn't care tooo much. On Royalty i feel like he stepped up his bars

oh and everything I've listened to pre-Culdesac was garbage
