What's your usual recipe?
I've only eaten macaroni and cheese one time in my life cause I thought it was some cac shyt. The Kraft shyt.
So whenever I've seen it I've assumed it was a cac dish with or without the box.
I made a 4 cheese roux and put it over some al dente shells and put real breadcrumbs from bread in a food processor on top and put it in the oven.
It was fine

crispy on top, good sauce, noodles were noodles. It was the first and only time I've ever had macaroni, I never looked up any recipes. Where does an egg go? And I guess what does it do for the flavor or consistency?
