Anyone not on a contract?

I'm thinking of going this route. I am out of contract an in need of a new phone. Anyone know which prepaid carrier has the best coverage in Houston?

Simple mobile. Unlimited everything 4 50 bucks with $5 4 international calls (i have family and friends overseas).

straight talk user here... been using them for a couple years and have no plans to go to anything else. 45 a month is where its at. i dont see why people throw so much money away getting phones with contracts, especially if all you really use it for is texting smh

What are some good carriers?

I'm looking at Straight talk and Virgin Mobile, I cannot justify paying $170 a month between my girl and I anymore. That is $10,200 in just a 5 year period, on a fukking phone service, we can afford it but why? I like having a smartphone, but not to the point I'm willing to pay the premium when there's other services out there that are 1/3 the price.
