Not sure about cough gels but since it's made by the same company; if it's anything like DM, you'll be walking on clouds w/ the right amount. When we was little nikkas, we'd drink 4 ounces straight to the head & in the summer, that shyt mixed w/ heat... fukk. It's a nice high but some days you're just like get this shyt out of my system.
