My mom has been overweight since I can remember and always talking about how's she's about to start this and start that. She would always buy a new piece of exercise equipment like that was the key to getting right and then never use it. In recent years she has gotten pretty big. She eats like a college student and is always getting fast food.
She's always says she's about to start a program next week or couple weeks. Then I see her and ask her what she ate today and when you drag it out of her it's always fastfood. I actually bought meal plan meals for her but had to stop because she wasn't even eating them all. I rolled by just now to pick something up and ask her what she ate. She said chicken. I'm like from where? She talking about Popeyes.
. I feel guilty saying it but it's to the point I have lost respect for her. I don't even be wanting to hang around to hear what she's talking about. Sorry for the long winded post but it's frustrating. I could never understand the lack of disciple and work ethic since she worked multiple jobs and went back to school raising me. But Im thinking being a parent is the only reason some people get any kind of disciple at all.

Eat less and exercise.
