I've been at it submitting apps left and right, trying to get into some kind of IT / consulting / programming work. Got engineering degree from a 4 year school but side stepped the traditional find-a-job-outta-college route:aicmon:

I did some entrepreneurship stuff, it was good expereince but its rough out here with applications. I'm obviously looking for work again since that road didnt work out.

"....youuuu are not alooooneeeee...":mj:

stay up bro. i can offer some tips that have gotten me noticed a bit

work in a grocery store or fastfood until you find something :manny:

lawd,

those jobs are literally...JUST AS COMPETITIVE...as getting a job with a finance firm or something.

Like, if you go on craigslist and see a Whole Foods job...you have just as many applications if not more, as a 9-5 full salaried position

Yeah, I know your pain. I was jobless for a minute. But finally got a job at a call center in December. It dont pay much but its enough to get by and have some left over. But I'm now getting calls from alot of other Compaines in Mutual Funds. I pray i get one of these jobs i have interviews for. The starting pay is 35k a year.

Keep yall head up. Something will come.

Looking for a job is a job in itself

What type of call center do you work for if you don't mind me asking?
