Anyone pissed that CM Punk didn't even know how to sprawl?

I know everyone thinks HHH or Vince would be happy about the outcome. But as a wrestling fan and i'm sure guys who are associated with WWE are embarrased with CM Punk's performance. This is a guy who was the WWE champ and couldn't even land one punch in a legit fight.

Who the hell trained him? I know Mickey was quick with that fake punch takedown but my God CM Punk sprawl so your not taken down in 5 seconds, it's a simple thing you learn in high school wrestling.

Thank God Brock Lesnar at least won a UFC title so that Wrestlers aren't viewed as a complete joke.

On another note which wrestlers do you feel would at least be competitive enough to last a few rounds in UFC

Shelton Benjamin
John Cena
Kurt Angle
Lashley

I'm sure there are more who wouldn't have been a complete embarrassment to WWE

I don't think it was a "didn't know" situation

You can "know" all you want but there's just some cats that can put you right on your ass instantly.

That level change was damn near instantaneous thanks to Punk walking up like an amateur would and completely telegraphing that he was about to throw a punch

It was WAY too late to sprawl at that point because Mickey got his hips

Cena would get killed. Shelton was a natural in anything. So fukking fast...his learning curve would of been better than everyone else's..including prime Angle.

I don't know Cena has incredible strength that should serve him well in terms of avoiding being manhandled and the heavier guys aren't as fast so at least it would last longer

Lesnar was EVEN stronger and a TRUE amateur wrestler stand out and got beat up in his first fight..Cena would get KO'd in seconds.

He was training in BJJ and ground wrestling even when he was still in the 'E but looked lost.

American Alpha and Dolph all have competitive amateur wrestling backgrounds. I know Nakamura has an MMA background too. I'm sure there are others that probably have amateur wrestling backgrounds as well. CM Punk came from like backyard wrestling and really shytty indy wrestling. He's exactly like alot these white trash Missouri white guys that live by who all think they can just do shyt. That white-american delusional confidence. I now get why so many people worship dude. He's the face of "hold my beer I can do that":.

I fukks with Shelton, but over prime Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle?
Shelton can do anything in any type of sport...had he totally focused on football, he would to the NFL. He was doing track and wrestling...just staying busy really. He always wanted to be a pro wrestler..not go for the Olympics. And yes...he would of excelled on the ground game of MMA..it would of came to him easier than anyone else. Angle was injured back in the 90s...he was lucky he got as far as he did even in wrestling.
