Anyone Plane Watch?

There’s like 4-5 plane routes visible to me. Sometimes these big ass planes are about a football field away.

I live under the "Canarsie Approach" for JFK airport which I can see planes landing when I'm out and about.

Its cool watching Plane spotting videos on Youtube, always wanted to photograph some planes but never got around to it.

Nah, but for a short period of time I was into flight simulators and I spent my time listening to LAX ATC to get more familiar with the communications.

I live near midway airport. Craziest thing to me aside from the attacks on 9/11 was not hearing any planes for as long as all planes were ordered grounded. It was eerie as fukk.

I do just cause im right under their path and the planes are non stop, it makes you realize how much traffic is flowing. Its crazy, them traffic controller jobs are crazy

I love airplanes....which is why I'm an Flight Operations Manager. Grew up under the Oakland approach. Loved airplanes since my first flight as a youngin. I do a lil bit of plane spotting while travelling and I have some amazing pics and videos

I live under a helicopter flight path and by a private airport.

I see some awesome military copters from time to time.

Saw an old world war 2 era bomber flying around in circles yesterday. It was incredibly loud, those big ass huge props turning .
