Anyone really knowledgeable about videography?

Just recently shot a promo video for a party I'm throwing but the quality of the video is not as good as I wanted it for 2 reasons: my boy didn't have any lighting and a stabilizer so the video is a little blurry where you cant make the faces out all that well.

Is there a program out there that i can download that can correct the blurriness in the video?

Naw if the image is out of focus then it's pretty much gon stay that way. If you mean that the footage is very grainy then yeah there's some tools out there, NeatVideo is the best noise reduction tool by far.
