I got some p*ssy because i was going through a drought (not proud of who I shacked though) but now I don't have those urges and have a clear head. Also I have more confidence in my Sosua trip in the summer @hatealot (thanks breh) passport application was passed too, can't wait to internationally travel.

My first house is now a couple days away from officially hitting the rental/leasing market. LLC was formed 2 weeks ago and flooring/carpet/paint all came together at just the right time. Only need to clear out some small bs and paint the garage for it to be move in ready. Then reinvest in exterior paint and upgrading the backyard fully to be able to charge additional rent but I’m waiting for the EIN so I can charge it to the biz and write it off come tax time.

I like this thread. I need to keep things in perspective because sometimes you overlook the good stuff happening right in front of your eyes.

I just got a nice bonus check and bought my girl a bag she wanted. It’s a surprise and will be delivered this week. She’ll be so happy.
