Apollo Nida: I was humiliated and disrespected by T.I

Apollo Nida admits he should have kept T.I.’s name out of his mouth when talking about the plea deal he recently accepted, but he feels the “Family Hustle” star disrespected him.

“Don’t nobody really know me. You just don’t run up on a person and just demand anything. One thing you can demand is respect when it’s given. I felt really disrespected at that situation,” Apollo recently told the “Ryan Cameron Morning Show.”

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” husband was approached by Tip during the Sister 2 Sister Ladies’ Night in event nearly two weeks ago. T.I. took issue with Apollo who’d previously compared his plea deal with that of T.I. and NFL baller Michael Vick.

When Tip first walked over to Apollo that evening, the “RHOA” hubby said he thought the rapper was going to offer some support.

“I thought he was coming up being a man, being supportive because he’s been through that same situation. That’s what I thought. He was hostile. I jumped back a little bit,” said Apollo. “That’s how a lot of beefs get started…Who does that?”

The conversation was captured on camera, and Apollo said he was humiliated by what went down.
“I’m a real humble person at the end of the day. I can’t tolerate disrespect. I really played that situation real humble. I was humiliated by it. I didn’t even know the cameras were rolling. That is not how men handle the situation,” said Apollo who would have preferred it if Tip had reached out to him in private.
“Tip knows how to get in contact with me. If this was an issue, you just don’t make it an issue in public and sit there and try to make it a ploy,” said Apollo who wasn’t aware that he was being filmed at the time.

Though he doesn’t approve of how Tip approached him, Apollo said he understands Tip’s concerns.
“He resonates with the people in the streets. Nobody wants to be labeled a snitch. I know nobody wants to be labeled as a rat. I get that. I shouldn’t have put his name out there like that, but I didn’t mean it like that,” Apollo said.

I don't know much about what went on here, but from what I've heard, I'm on both sides of this.

Apollo should NOT have mentioned TI or Vick as a comparison because there is no comparison. TI and Vick are/were multi-millionaire celebrities whose downfall would have affected the lives of people they worked for, people who worked for them and many people who supported their endeavors. Apollo is the just the house husband of a RHOA chick who has a sketchy reputation herself.

TI should not have record that sh#t. If TI had an issue with dude, then he should have called Apollo on GP and said what he needed to say. That video sh#t was fugasi because I bet that if Apollo would've manned up and slapped TI for the disrespect, then we would've never heard of said video.

Also, someone tell Killer Mike to hold his own nuts and let TI's nut sack go. I hate when dudes are so insignificant that the only way they can find some importance is to stand next to some dude with clout. Get your own bottle breh.

And let's be real here. TI has been suspect ever since the days of Punk'd when he was damn near singing a Negro spiritual and doing the JIm Crow dance when those fake cops pulled him over. I think we all remember how his voice went up 8 octaves on that:

"Naw, suh......these aint ma guns "

Oh, and lastly, street dudes have been suspect of TI for awhile anyway and that's why he's so sensitive about what Apollo said. How is a dude with multiple felonies going to get caught with the amount of guns, assault rifles and silencers that TI was caught with and get out in a year or two?

I'm not hating on TI and salute what he's doing out here. But I can count. And multiple felonies + buying assault weaponry illegally does not equal 1-2 years in jail. It just doesn't.....unless tape recorders and notepads were in order.
