Apparently, Asians, Hispanics, Natives, and even individual Whites can't be racist

To Black people or anyone else according to the grapevine thread. I've checked the definition of racism at 4 different major dictionaries and they all are the same, but all of a sudden people are using this random sub-definition that was misinterpreted (racism = practicing the definition of racism that was previously defined but as a group that poses a threat)

Bullshyt. They can be racist for the same reason 'White' people can: They have the power to make their prejudices into public policy on a National level.
