Speed Racer is the only carton from the 70's you can't find on IPTV.
Edit: They now got the cartoon on you tube. That's how long it's been since I searched for it when Kodi first came out. I just saw the cartoon introduction for the first time in years. But I do feel like I saw the cartoon intro at least once or twice since the cartoon went off the air. This was the only cartoon you had to have an "All Channel TV" to see it, and it came on channel 20. This was the rabbit-ears days, and most tv's only went from channel 2-13, then off the air a little after midnight. An " All Channel TV" meant the channels went from 2-66. But you couldn't get most of the channels from channel 14 on up. There was only about 6 or 7 of them that came in, and only half of those came in clear. Channel 20 was one of them, and it came in the clearest in the DC area. And Speed Racer was the first thing I saw. They also showed 60's reruns, and Batman followed Speed Racer. You was doing good if you had an "All Channel TV". But cable changed all of that. And they've been charging us since.
Anyway, this thread prompt me to watch a little bit of the 2008 movie a minute ago. I may finish watching it later, since I can related to it so easily, the way I did to the Flintstones movie. Which means I'll probably be able to follow it better as well as an adult, like I could with the Batman, Spiderman movies, etc...
I didn't think so many people that didn't remember the Speed Racer cartoon would be this interested in the Speed Racer story.
