Will they buy verizon ,charter, cox or t-mobile

Not to make this a Apple vs Microsoft thread, but Apple isnt "as rich" as you might think. This is a company valuation. AKA if someone wanted to buy them, this is what they'd have to pay and then more. A combination of liquid cash + assets + future profitability.

company valuation is not cash on hand. Apple doesnt have a fraction of the money Microsoft has, liquid wise, despite reports. Simple math and owner/CEO money allocation would tell a different story.

Apple has $200 billion cash on hand (supposedly). Bill Gates (1 employee) is worth $100 billion himself. To put things in perspective. To put even more into perspective, Steve Jobs not only of Apple but owned another billion dollar company (Dreamworks) and died with around $3 billion net worth.

they'd have to give up 100% of they liquid cash to purchase Verizon alone. An obvious dumb risk.

They still manage to have the best customer support, even if they are behind the times on having a true touch screen mac, iPhone with a stylus, ipad that lets you access the file system etc. The competition beats Apple in many areas except when it comes to the entire package. Can't be good at just one area mothafukkas.

? I don't understand what you're saying.

Bill gates net worth is 87 billion. Doesn't mean he has 87 billion in cash.

Microsoft has about 126 billion in cash. Apple has about 250 billion in cash.

It's just proving a point that Apple could literally buy Verizon and still have more cash than Microsoft has now.

Apple bout to become the 1st trillion dollar company. They winnin.

Bill Gates "cash on hand" is closer to his net worth than most rich people. The exact amount :manny:

Yeah Microsoft was doing 15-40 billion PROFIT every year for 15+ years before Apple wasnt seeing billions like that til late 90// early 2000s (imac then ipod).

to put in simple terms if I make $200,000 a year profit 15 years before you and you were only making $20,000 a year for that time period and then for the previous years I still made $200,000 but you made $300,000 - id still have a lot more money. Microsoft is known for having (and even being caught) many unknown off shore accounts :manny:

Jobs never.owned DreamWorks.
majority owner of Pixar sorry got them confused.
