M2 MacBook Air Among Most Likely WWDC Hardware Announcements, AR/VR Headset Unlikely

Mac-related announcements are reportedly more likely at WWDC this year, should Apple unveil any new hardware, according to Gurman. He believes that Apple planned to launch a new MacBook Air model with the M2 chip at WWDC this year, but supply chain issues seem to have complicated the timeline.

I have to say, I'm very interested in this years WWDC. I'm looking to upgrade my 2017 iMac, so a new redesigned MBA would be cool. I'm more likely to go with the Mac Studio though. I'm also very interested to see what all is going to improve with iPadOS16 and ios16. I'm really hoping for a true file system with iPadOS16. For ios16, I really would like split screen capabilities. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I will be following the coverage of this years WWDC!

I only care about the ar/vr glasses and they not even gonna be there b😩
I just...don't care about ar/vr at all. I can't see myself using it on a regular basis. Its going to be expensive as hell, and glitchy until the 3rd/4th iteration. I'm really just hoping for software improvements. Apple is so...so far behind when it comes to ios and ipados. So many missing features that android has had for years. I'm also pissed that Apple continues to be anti-sideloading. I hate how they pretend to care about user privacy when we all know its about money.

I don’t know what else I want from Apple at this point

I got pretty much a version of every product they have except the watch….. which I won’t cop till they get the battery right.

I currently have the Honor Magic Watch and yes it doesn’t do half the shyt the I watch does, but the battery can last for 8-10 days

I can upgrade some things…. Sure. But there’s not much that I necessarily need to have

Well...sideloading, split view, window management, multiple audio streams playing at once, weather app, alarm (macos), AOD, effecient ram management, etc. Just a ton of other features that android users have enjoyed for years. The power is there, but Apple continues to not take advantage of it. Very frustrating.

this one is BIG. it's hilarious how apple still has trouble with this feature. iPads currently have something but it still acts up depending on the apps you use

I'm very surprised you support Apple @Knuckles Red their list of ethical issues are endless, this is very anti-equality of you. But, hey, as long as you get upgrade that 2017 iMac right?
