The Original Rec Room Gang
Article is about Apple and Google, OP added MS. And its true regardless that WP is trying to catch up to both platforms. Having a 521 and a 4s don't impress me tho, lemme know when you have a serious phone with serious hardware.
You had to read the OP to reply to him :snoop:
I see LL Bean suit that you are very immature bruh. We having a discussion here, and you talking all reckless in it, just being a fanboy as usual. After you got hit with the truth it was :whoa: aka the post below
Don't know why you still keep bringing up WP when this is iOS/Android we're talking about so I'm just gonna disregard the rest.
Sorry if the truth hurts, get back to me when you stop acting like a toddler :umad:

How does any of this invalidate anything I said in the first few section of my post though? When I said "droid" I meant the OS. What I actually had was the HTC Evo and to be honest for the phones to be so great alot of my friends can't seem to stop complaining about them. I could outline the reasons why I moved from Android but it would be irrelevant to my original point and I doubt you'd want to read that anyway.

My point was this isn't about apps and phones specs anymore. Its about building an Eco system in which these apps and devices co-exist and work to improve one another. While Google has some advantages the company in the position of power in this regard is Apple.

But hell i've been wrong before :yeshrug:
Bro..once again..there is a huge difference between a damn evo and a say...lg g2/nexus5/s5/note3/g3 etc when it comes to features and performance. Like..you really need to get with the times before u make comparisons.

U should try a new android phone..possibly the g3 and see if u feel the same way. Like right now its not close to me...iPhone has a long way to go but they ARE going in the right direction with ios8..I see a few nice features that android has that will make a pretty big difference..still don't seem enough though.

..also..have no idea why u think apple is winning when it comes to native features and eco system. Droid is open so it can coexist with any PC...TV..laptop..etc.

I have a note 3 and a Google Chromecast...with those two things u can't talk to me about devices co existing Breh...try clicking a movie on the shobox app (which iPhone ain't got BTW).. Clicking it...and having it turn your TV on and go straight to the input and play your movie on the screen....seamless.

I could go on and on but its too much..I suggest u start researching Breh. All these new iOS 8 features u see iOS implementing s them scrambling to put in features android has been eating well off of. They are doing this because of pressure. If they had it locked already u wouldn't see them making these drastic changes this time. Its all by force.

Again...you missed my point entirely... You're too caught on the fact that I don't want an Android. On top of that I never said the reason that I don't have a android now is because I tried an Evo earlier, I mentioned that to imply that I didn't just run to Apple NOT the reason I still have one. Actually I SPECIFICALLY said I don't want to get into these reasons here because they're irrelevant to my point. So why you keep going there is beyond me.

We're going to gave to agree to disagree on this. Mainly because you've said this right here.

"Droid is open so it can coexist with any PC...TV..laptop..etc"

It being "open" means that it has a higher probability of becoming fragmented, why? because each manufacturer has a different deal with Google in terms of what OS your device comes with, sometimes you can upgrade sometimes you can't. It might be seamless, it might not be. It could be a problem or it might not be a problem at all. That's the point. They don't control their hardware and software as closely as Apple does because they're not in a position to do so for one reason or another.

If you were to do these other things that Apple is suggesting with a PC and Android phone and/or tablets then you would have to go out and download the apps, configure them on the devices, and open the apps when you want to use them and keep them running in the background.

That's not Native at all...

Again, i'm not saying Apple has this on lock. I'm saying given the ecosystem that they control outright (phone, computer, tablet) it makes these efforts easier to optimize and control, and it does....that's not an opinion.
