I remember hearing my pops talk about the Rodney King beating the night it happened.

My uncle lived in South central. We visited l.a. right before the riots happened

They fought against lapd twice in 65 and 92

And they gave those asians work in riots

La riots and oj was the beginning of the end of the old lapd.

They exposed lapd and the national guards was called to help.

Most of the people died were cacs and non blacks they was giving cacs work

The PBS National Geographic doc on this is probably one of the best I've ever seen. Last time I checked it was on netflix. It's crazy how the LAPD retreated early. They ain't want no smoke.
