With the price of ribeye and tbones shooting up so high recently I found a new cut that gets the job done.

I mean Arby's is just a money laundering operation anyway. But, there is one right down the street from my Job. So I did think about it the other day for lunch. But decided against it. The real versions that showed up on Twitter didn't look as worth it compared to the ad. Still may try them one day just to see if they are as burnt/dry as they look lol.

I swear, I've never seen an Arby's in my life, never seen anyone talk about eating there, never heard anything good about it. All I know is it exists and they have the meats. 
Too sirlon around 7-8 but I never buy that cut or shop at while foods. Much better off finding a local butcher
