Mmmmm you do know that in many places Black people couldn't get loans period right? In California, it was outright discrimination up until the 70's where banks would flat out deny you. Black homeownership didn't really progress until 1993 where the banks saw the Black community ripe for exploitation with their subprime mortgages. To act like the Black generations that came before us just sat on their hands is retarded. If you were born in 1960...your parents could and would be denied residence for being a n1gg3r and they had no recourse until the Fair Housing Act was passed during the Civil Right Era.
