This is my vent session because I'm upset, pissed really.

First think vexing me is the fact that these airlines really think we're dumb, they think we're really dumb and they can get over on us.

Next is a little more serious, and I'm mad at how the black community is helping and letting gentrification happen. I'm mad that we don't see what other's see in our community. And I let my feelings be heard

So after you listen, are we partly responsible for not valuing and holding onto property in out neighborhoods? Are black banks responsible for not funding our development projects the way white financial firms were funding these other developers?

A lot of black people were willed houses free and clear only to mortgage the hell out of them so we could finance our lifestyles often losing the houses/property, I know several people this happened to and now they're mad that there's this luxury development sitting on their families old land....what do you think?

you cant blame black people for not having enough money to behave like white people. it's like getting mad at the working poor for using payday loans.
