I've been experiencing a lot of rage since 2013. I've never been confrontational but in the last 10 months I've had three heated confrontations. One happened recently. I used to be so good at letting shyt go or quietly raging inside but I've lost a bit of my filter. I am generally kinda bubbly but if someone fukks with me I see red and can't ignore. Luckily I'm nonviolent and have never laid hands on anyone. Any of you ever taken anger management classes?
