what's wrong with spending your money in whips and chains:troll:

all jokes aside if I'm expected to spend my money in black business when I do I'd like to be treated with some levels of professionalism

Are you ready to give up your jordans?

You don't have to give up Jordans tho. I used to be big ass sneaker head. Used to be one of those cats getting up at 5 AM to go stand in line when a hot release came out. From about '07-'11 I would cop some Jordans and pretty much any colorway of Foams or AM 95's that dropped. Some c/w's like the Eggplant Foams or the Space Jams I would double up on. shyt was stupid as hell and that money really could have been used elsewhere. Now I realize the error in my ways and I'm off that shyt. But I do still love snekers and probably always will. But what I do now is just buy near deadstock sneakers off nikkas on Craigslist, Ebay or Etsy. The sneaker resale game is real out there and most folks are taxing but if you look you can always find some dumb ass HS or college kid letting his shyt go for the low on those sites either A) right before a big release comes out and they need to sell those to get the new pair or...B) at the end of the month when they gotta pay that phone bill or their car insurance. I got a Craigslist app that sends me alerts when something I'm looking for gets posted. I just weave my web and be patient and wait for somebody to walk into it. I've caught some steals on there. Last pickup I did was the carmine 6's, got those for $100 from a dude that was trying to re-instate his L and just needed to scare up some bread real quick. fukk waiting in line or being the first with anything.

Doubt it. When the ego and self-worth of countless black people is based on being able to afford material objects you'll stay poor. Producers, not consumers, are the ones who get rich. If black people took that money and splurged on black producers it would't be so bad. To add insult to injury, they breaking their necks to give that money to white folks. nikkas would rather spend a couple hundred buying Jordans made by chinamen for $10-20 than to spend that money on Nike stock (for example). Until you deal with the miseducation and ass backwards socialization of black people we won't make progress. Either they have to learn and evolve or die off.
