Are dark skinned American blacks going to go extinct? (No hate)

Let me make it clear that I'm not wishing for this to happen.

But lately pretty much every black baby I see born today is in that Drake/Klay Thompson mold or is light reddish. I guess these things shouldn't matter.

Lowkey, the powers that be want this so black people can be easily bred out along with all the other minorities so America can be 100% white.
