You know where it affects the way they walk? I thought this look would have died by now as its been going strong for a good 10 years. I mostly see types rocking with this look so maybe they're just behind the trends.

I live in a smaller Rust Belt city, so I'm assuming NYC and LA is already off this shyt. Am I wrong?

I'm just surprised that such a debilitating and impractical way to wear pants is still going after all these years.
