Indians and Arabs are the most consistently rude ethnicities in my experience. Not just as customers, but in general.
I’ll add Chinese to this as well..
Them muthafukkas will drag you through the mud..
Ask for a bunch of information like Indians and would leave after you helped them..
They knew to go to Fry’s electronics because it’s hella cheaper:russ:
And they would ask if it was “Made in China”..
And make you go through every box just to make sure..
Some chick did this to me near closing(Back at Best Buy)..
I had enough..
I was ready to go home after getting bum rushed covering the camera department by myself for 3 hours..

I used to work as a car rental agent and they would come in a group to see all the cars we had in the airport. These muthafukkaz would go online and get fake corporate discounts online and that was discounted for large companies that was already negotiated. Then choose a car that was not in the class they booked(maybe 4 classes higher). Then have the balls to haggle and ask for additional discounts. I couldn't stand them. They would argue and beg and ask me for family friends discount too. They would cause a huge line and 5 of them would try to negotiate. I truly never experienced anything like that and this was 99% of them.

This thread is truth, alot of dudes would come in and try to finesse shyt at the phone place I worked. They didnt want the phone, they wanted to unlock the phone and take it or sell it in India
I started not helping them and just saying we were sold out. Or some retarded shyt to make them leave. I can also agree that the Mexican customers were by far the best and easiest... very
thankful people and would listen to what you recommended. I wasnt the type of salesman to upsell, I would give you what you realistically needed and they always rolled with it. Alot of times
they would have problems and come back more than most... but it was usually easy fixes and they were extremely grateful. White and Black were similar but opposite. Black people will push
and some demand but if you broke shyt down, they would leave it be. White people wouldnt just let it be, they would argue more when you told them realistic shyt. I have alot of patience, and I
try to look at their money as mine. So I understand alot of the haggling and questioning. But usually when people would argue and not understand I would just hit them with the real, :yeshrug:
I can negotiate reality for you, but I cant change company policy. I had the best customer service and would get people free repairs and replacements because thats how it should be...but there
came a point where I was telling people "I just sell phones, I dont fix or troubleshoot your bill or problems"




But middle eastern owners are the worst, they wanted maximum everything with minimum support...Basically wanted us to push broken products and offer no refunds. They had no clue about location or market, so they would compare stores and sales which made no sense. Then would focus on the good stores and not improve the average to below average ones.There were times when the owner would fight the customers and they would all fight and I would have to break it up and make the sale, your sale associate shouldnt be better than you at helping customers thats embarrassing. Plus I got a decent amount of money, I would give some of my commission to help people in bad situations, and they tried to micromanage what I did with my money. Even though I was getting them sales. I'm over here making the store look good, doing what the owner should be doing and they are still complaining about what another grown man does. Alot of them just throw money up, grab a store and then just put product into it... they arent really running it. Dont even get religion involved in shyt, basically religion just separates reality and equality when you talk about races and cultures.
