Jordan, Olajuwon, David Robinson, and Kevin Garnett are the only Defensive Player of the Year winners to have won the NBA Most Valuable Player Award (MVP) during their careers; Jordan and Olajuwon won both awards in the same season.

Thats how dominant they were offensively and defensively.

Top 3 all-time = Kobe, Jordan, and Hakeem.

He wasn't as good as hakeen defensively he was more versatile just as good scorer against better competition

Won two titles by himself

Most of Hakeem career 86-92 and 96- on he just wasn't on that level at all crazy how much revisionist history his career has got :gucci:
If he gets all the credit for the titles he should get the credit for them getting bounced in the first round too:yeshrug:

Hakeem was the shyt. But he coined the phrase "black hole." The ball basically never came back out.

Once he learned how to kick it out he basically invented the 1 in 4 out offense we see so often today.:ehh:

Definitely a top 10 talent. But too often people go "TWO TITLEZ!!!" and ignore them getting smoked by Seattle when they shouldn't have been.:yeshrug:
