The LOGICAL thing to do with that time would be something productive, like working or bettering one's self in some way. Or if you have kids, spending that time with them. And the money aspect is obvious. But we do it anyway. And get very emotionally and intellectually invested in what basically boils down to a meaningless game. Where is the logic in that?
