I’m sure they are painful, but women in general are drama queens and unfortunately our only measurement of how painful they are only comes from women…..

The answer for some of us women is yes. For some women the pain can be so intense from your period that you can faint or have intense vomiting in addition to other intense pains. And other female related things like having an ovarion cyst burst or painful fibroids can absolutely mimic the most intense heart related incidents as well. And I also have myocarditis so I can speak on that personally having dealt with heart related problems as well. Only uninformed people think this can't be the case.
Most guys seem to think period cramps are equal to a bad 'Stomach ache' and I can assure them that that is certainly not the case at all.
If I had to rate it out of a 10 as far as pain I would say my cramps are easily a 9.5 but bad cramps run in my family sadly. I've personally never had a heart attack and hope to never have one but I can't see that hurting more than period cramps.
So you’d rather women have a monthly heart attack than a monthly period?

you are acting obtuse breh. it's about pain levels, obviously a monthly heart attack is worse because a heart attack isn't just about pain, if you're having a heart attack then your heart is not functioning properly.
My girl’s cramps are debilitating. Some women get it worse than others. Assuming someone’s just being dramatic about their cramps and other issues having to do with their period is some dikkhead shyt as a man.

Never had either so I can't tell you
But I am superhuman so I don’t experience pain like regular people. If I did have a heart attack I would just tell my heart to act right and it would. And if my dikk started bleeding I know it would be time to start taking my antibiotics again.
