Are people already taking off work for the 4th Of July?

The barbershop was packed, as was the parking lot for the plaza, as was the grocery store, and the liquor store. My wife took off the rest of the week, because my birthday is Friday. She said the nail salon was packed. Since when do people take off two extra days for the 4th Of July?



I always take my birthday week off.

The best time to take PTO is around vacation. Thursday is already half a day for a lot of people.

Taking just 2 days off gives you a whole 5 days.
