I remember when I got my first apartment, our toilet flooded and leaked downstairs.

So the next day maintenance dude comes and "fixes it"

Later on we get a letter on the door. A lease violation saying "inproper use of shower curtain/causing flooding"



I swear to god, I literally wanted to stomped that fakkit to death next time I saw him

I would have called legal shield and let the law handle it. You can't hold court in the streets unless you are a gangster.

Then I would Vandalize the landlords property 6 months later
