Do you guys consider sports cards as good investments? Now I'm not talkin about players with questionable careers, I'm talking about purchasing sports cards from ESTABLISHED players (ex. Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, etc..). Cards that you know will still have value 10-15 years from now. They are somewhat similar to stocks, except you can actually hold it and see it physically. They hold there value better than used up vehicles and jewelry.
The only problem is if you spend $20K on a Jordan rookie, for example, how fast can you get rid of it? Will you lose money or get it all back and then some. Those are the only questions I have for this hobby or future investments.
