He was warned for literally like 5 mins to stop walking and ignored it, got into a physical altercation with the officer, got tased and warned again for multiple mins and ignored it again. Also he has stole from thar store multiple times according to the guy who called the cops.
Technically "justified" because he was actively attacking the officer....

Cop was p*ssy. Mase him, tase him, and out comes the baton if you keep moving. Wtf took so long for back up? Also, those two could’ve easily subdued him. This will be seen as justifiable though.
