Miami is dumb. It's one thing to spend money on a stadium when a team is trying to win or winning. But this team hasn't shown anything of that nature. Everytime they win they trade everyone. They don't even produce sellouts. Why spend dough on a stadium in the 1st place when it's obvious the interest isn't there on either end?

Passan has a hard on for Loria and Samson but its justified. The city should've called their bluff considering in the entire existence of the sport, teams have moved 11-12 times and only 5 in the last 50....city got swindled and that's the reason I believe cities should have part ownership of franchises

Its absolutely moronic. Teams WILL hold you hostage in 15 years for renovations or they'll move to kansas city or oklahoma and it will be your fault for not building another stadium. Its a ridiculous racket. Idk why nobody learned from the raiders and LA back in the day. Or the rams. Or the sonics.

My fellow pistons fans should be scared shytless because the new owners are GONNA let the palace go to shyt and say that they need a new arena and it has to be downtown detroit and paid by the city...or else...
