“LeBron is not just us-stopping-him...He’s kind of stopped himself out there and we’re getting a little lucky"

This is it for me. Yeah, they are tough on him on defense but those are jumpers he usually makes. Look at all his blocked shots or passes, very sloppy play. Lebron is even missing layups in this series. He needs to go for it from the start and not wait until midday through the 1Q to get going. Same applies to Bosh. Wade shouldnt take a jumper at all, he should just attack the rim.

Chicago had NO offensive game to speak of and Indiana struggled to score every point it seemed like that series

Miami feasted on that

SA can play like the Suns of 2005-2007 if they want to and still have Duncan, the GOAT big man defender to lock it down, with excellent perimeter defenders also. Splitter is also a very good defender also

Spurs have played better defense than Indy and Chicago (no slight to those two teams either) this postseason.

Y'all act like the Spurs didn't make the right adjustments to contain Thompson and Curry and then bottled up Gasol and Randolph and rendered Gasol and Howard (no Kobe killed them obviously) useless this postseason. Sh!t ain't a surprise to anybody if you've followed the Spurs this postseason :manny:

In regards to LeBron, it's his mindset more than it is the defense, he took on that passive play in Game 6 against the Pacers and has been pretty shytty since, save for game 7. The Spurs are playing good defense, but nothing he hasn't seen before, he straight up looks like he did in 2011. He's afraid to shoot, and when he misses one it's pretty much a wrap for his confidence.
Yeop. I kept screaming at my TV screen "POST HIM THE fukk UP LEBRON JESUS fukk!!!!!" dude then preceeded to dribble in front of danny green for 10 seconds thinking about whether to shoot a jumper, then decided to post up as the shot clock was winding down and did some weird turn around jumper that missed. :smh:

I think Lebron is making the mistake of not trying to make the spurs feel his impact from the tip off on. Trying to get Wade and Bosh going, he falls back and just tries to turn up his aggression when he sees its necessary and that's not smart basketball on his part and also why his shot selection has gotten worse and worse as well.

Lebron gotta remember that though Wade and Bosh can have significant impacts when they're playing well, he's the MVP and best player of the league. He's the guy who can carry a team to victory and his team needs him to do that now. He gotta accept it to win this series.

hes not the best player in the world
