Yep. But it's more than that. It's about being active in the Xbox community. Making friends. Organising small Gears tournaments for example. Meet ups etc.

I think my brother was when he was in school. They gave him multiple Xbox’s games gift cards and stuff to give away to people. I always had PlayStation before this. That muhfukka had rolls of sticker codes I was gaming for free for a few years. He used to have days at school where he would game and give away free stuff like once a month. This was like 10 years ago or better I think
