My cousin lives in a white town in Louisiana and he gets nothing but white broads.

But with me, I never would even think a white chick was feeling me.
By default I think they don't mess with black dudes cuz that's sorta like taboo for them.

It depends what type of black dudes they're into and you can largely LOOK at them and tell too.

The white girls that like black dudes aren't on some "dressing stereotypically white" tip or who are naturally themselves kinda have a universal look to them. Its hard to explain. They're not the "hottest" white girls but their behavior says a lot. its typically more liberal and they dress somewhat more laid back.

However...the white girls who tend to look more put together and dress more expensively who are also more "stereotypically white" in terms of portraying that upper-class look are harder to sus out and they pretty much have to approach you. You can never tell. However, these girls tend to be drawn to the black dudes that are way more trying to assimilate by dressing like a lot of white dudes (just saying) and carrying themselves along with the group they're assimilating with. Think of it as...a black dude who goes to a private PWI in the south.
