Reality is Sony has built one studio from the ground up and they’ve only worked on one franchise for the entirety of their existence.

The rest they purchased. And Sony stans been praising them for years.

Now Microsoft buys some studios and they standing on the side like

Sounds like a bunch of people that have no objective business sense. I can tell they are sony stans without any background knowledge.

The only true thing they said is it would be a uproar if MS bought take two. Which is facts, no matter how great the product is that comes out people are going to "MS just buys stuff" after saying "MS should just buy stuff"

Up until 3 years ago sony has and had bought more companies than microsoft.

Up until last gen Sony's 1st party titles coming out there studio's were just ok. Tell me your favorite PS3 1st party games that wasn't uncharted, gow or TLOU

Playstation has had a whole generation to itself before xbox dropped.



MS needs to buy studio's if they don't sony will buy and incentivize 6-1 year exclusives deals... which might as well be exclusives to the sony hype beast.

MS can't play the "we just going to make our games and let third parties do there thing game" otherwise anything worth having either wont be on the xbox or locked out for months to a year. So you acquire talent, growth them and grow gamepass.

Win win.

Now they just need some japanese talent.....
