I didn't have a cold from the time I had chicken pox (don't remember when that was but it was before I was eight) until the time I was 22/23 (when I moved to Ohio and started getting the flu every year).

Some of us just have better immune systems.

i didnt get a cold for about 3 years then that shyt caught me last year cause i thought it was allergies.

If you have west indian parents you know them nikkaz never get sick. Ive only seen my pops sick twice in my whole life and the cold was gone the next day

I get colds every time I start working out heavy and don't eat

I also get sinusitis time to time which is tha worst, it lasts for over a month and blocks out tha whole left side of my nasal passage and I have to breath through my mouth and wake up at night cuz my mouth dries out

You'd be surprised what consistent healthy eating and working out can do for you. Don't be so quick to put your own self imposed limitations on others.
