Anybody that acting like the damned manager when they ain't the damned manager is a sell out. Especially if they on some subterfuge shyt, constantly looking to highlight anyone else's failures/short comings while not really being up to snuff they damned selves.

What’s funny is it’s never the boss doing this type of shyt, it’s the assistant or some flunky up under the boss kissing ass thinking they gon move up. Micromanagers in general are typically miserable people inside and out. No one wanted to be around them in grade school, and they carry that hurt around with them, so not much has changed in adulthood either.

If it's a safety issue or someone's about to break something, it should be called out. But trying to micromanage everyone else about their time or being on the phone is BS.

You will always have those types breh. You can't escape them.

You better open your own business if you don't want to deal with them talking about you. Then you'll have somebody coming to you doing the same thing about somebody else.

Part of it, I believe, is the work environment of the West. Formed out of slavery.
