List some players where you think it's questionable if they make the HOF.

I say yes for Geno Atkins.

Probably should post numbers compared to other Hall of Fame players or it's going to be a lot of emotional arguments vs reasonable ones.

I'll post some shortly, but I feel like NFL discussions here as much better and more civil than NBA ones.:pachaha:.

Even when I tell @O.iatlhawksfan and @ReturnOfJudah that I think Burrow is overrated, we can still have a good discussion.:salute:.

I'm sitting this one out. Feels like the beginning of the shyt storm I started in the group chat the other day when I said Dez wasn't even a T10 receiver in the '10s and was just a TD merchant/specialist.
I’m sure you have a reasonable argument to support this but i need to hear it cause this just sounds like pure hate

Because NBA discourse is rooted in deep hate or passionate stanning.

For instance if I say "That one poster who stans LeBron no matter what" or "That one poster who hates LeBron no matter what" you don't even know who I'm talking about because you can name 4-5 posters on for both statements.

And Burrow isn't overrated. He's this generations Dan Marino. Incredibly talented but will waste away because his front office and ownership are idiots. 20 years from now there will threads that Joe Burrow should have a ring but he never had help and someone will be in there arguing that he had Chase and Higgins and then name Hendrickson and some fringe defensive star trying to justify that Burrow had help.

I agree with your first part. I'll keep Burrow out of here, although he's living off one playoff run where the Benglals biggest plays were screens and a play that should have been OPI on Higgins. Burrow comes up short in big moments.

The Bengals were a blind referee away from going back to the Superbowl though and the then the front office decided get defensive players off of the clearance rack and not lock in the offensive weapons. Instead of capitalizing on chemistry. The Bengals start slow every season because Burrow has to get chemistry with new offensive players every year except for Higgins and Chase
