About a month ago I went to court for expired license n registration...

I was given a fine and 12 months supervison

About 2 weeks ago I got another ticket for going left on a red..

The ticket is $120 and I can just pay it off with out having to go to court but then its an automatic guilty plea

First lawyer I called said he'll go to court for me n charges $250

Im nervous my license might get suspended.. So is it worth it...?

You don't have to to court and the lawyer will plead guilty to a lesser charge. You have to weigh your options. If you may lose your license then it probably would be worth it to pay the $250 lawyer and let him handle it.

There may still be a lesser fee and maybe something required like you having to take a defensive driving class--there are free classes out there.

Just read your thread again, and a suspension isn't a big deal at all lol.
Real nikkas drive with suspended licenses :youngsabo:

Don't bother. Your driving license isn't good. The attorney can't do anything, but request the judge for leniency. He gets paid $250 for doing nothing more than ask the judge for leniency. Whether you get it or not, he gets paid.
You probably won't get leniency. You can always plead no contest and ask the judge for a lesser charge. Or if you are lucky, the officer doesn't show up and all traffic charges for that day are dropped. This is a 0.1% chance of happening.

THey are worth it to me. As many speeding tickets as i get i still have ZERO points on my license. I'll pay the $150-$200 and the ticket if it means no points any day. I refuse to let my insurance rate go up

Do it. Moving violations can affect your insurance rates for up to 7 years (depending on your state and insurer). That $250 is nothing compared to what they could hit you with in the long run.

Generally no they're not worth it. You can plead not guilty in court and speak to the solicitor yourself. They hate going to trial over dumb stuff. He'll most likely offer a plea deal to a lesser charge. This all depends on the jurisdiction though. Some are thirsty as hell for revenue and won't budge.

If it's a moving violation and if you can afford it then fukk yeah its worth it. You'll more than likely get a better deal with the judge and you don't have to sit in a court room with 100 other people tight as hell on an uncomfortable ass bench for 4 hours. Soon as the judge come in there you going up first.
