Andrew Luck and Greg Oden are not busts.

RG3 is borderline.

The rest are.

As we can see from the past couple NFL and NBA seasons, these injuries stay coming outta nowhere, I wouldn't label someone a bust who had the misfortune of a serious injury that forever altered their abilities. That's different than someone who just always seems to be dinged up with ticky tack stuff - sore elbow, pulled groin, high sprain

Because Oden was derailed by injuries. He looked like he could actually do well in the league.
He was never healthy enough for long enough to really show his impact. Anything we infer about him comes from being on his side and wanting him to succeed. I'd say Ralph Sampson had a vastly superior career to Greg. Dudes like Sabonis and Bill Walton are the best examples of being injury prone but still making an impact.
