Every NFL pundit and expert predicted major success, can't miss prospect. Hes not even the best QB in his draft class.
So to be clear, whether or not we determine if a player is a bust, is based on how much potential the media decides they have? I don't put too much value in their projections, so I guess we will have to agree to disagree.
PS: Luck did have immediate success considering he set the record for most passing yards in his first few seasons and also having more touchdowns in his first few seasons than pretty much anyone except Marino. Throwing 40 TDs at 25 years old and leading the Colts to three straight playoff appearances.
But yeah let's call him a bust because he got injured playing behind a bad oline, and also didn't do a good enough job living up to what the media had to say about him. Seems wise.
