I'm a jaded Poli-Sci graduate.

On the one hand I don't give a shyt, because it's a voiceless vote without power behind it.


But I should vote local


But I don't care for either candidate or party


old blacks talm to me about the ancestors dying on the cross for our vote


Bonds and other serious tax spending or collecting caveats that I actually do care about


Hear peeps are actually out waiting in line and shyt........not tryna wait in line for two hours, due to insider fukkery


might just vote on the policy and tax aspects, and not vote for ANY candidate because I don't know or care about them

I proudly voted for Obama the first time he ran. He seemed Very serious on the campaign about getting the troops home. Man I've seen black soldiers who came back from Iraq and Afghanistan that break down when they even think about what went on over there. Obama's first campaign said everything I thought was right about these unjust wars, the economy and social issues. Man did I feel stupid late into his first term.

In the local elections they hustlin just the same. Attack ads, nice promises etc but things just change for the worse for black folks so I called it a day on hitting the booth. I wanna vote with my money now and once I start doing that then some real change can be made in the political arena.

I haven't even been paying attention much to who's running. I think there's a vote for governor but I don't care much for either candidate. I don't even think I can say who the current governor is. They're all corrupt. I know there's a vote to legalize some form of medical marijuana but I don't really smoke like that. I'll likely just wait till the 2016 election.
