Picture the scene:
You have a task that you know you should do. You may have even hyped yourself up in advance and did your little happy dance as you plan to ace it. But then...
Distraction kicks in and suddenly you're doing something else but with such an intense level of focus and attention you'd think it was vital. Even though you know its BS and keeping you from handling what you should you keep on keeping off your purpose. Some realize this as its happening. Most don't but then glance at the time and think "Ehh, too late to stop now. Tomorrow will be different".
Does this sound familiar?
If so would you like to know how to handle it and if you already have scaled the peak of productivity by ascending from the valley of distraction please speak on it.
