I've mentored one person in my life. I remember seeing this lame with so much potential and no drive. Reminded me of myself before I started winning. I gave him every bit of game I have. I let him drive my Benz and told him he better come back with a date.

He's so successful now and I'm so fukking proud of him. He came to visit me at work. And he's a man now. Everything I saw in him is now his outward appearance.

He's lightweight my mentor now. He's the best cook I know. I see us linking up in the future on another business. We made a lot of money together and since I gave him game we move the same. His family invites me over to visit and shyt. They view me as his big brother, which is funny because we're the same age. Age means little. Experience holds more weight.

Every successful black man should mentor someone from their neighborhood. If you can't make other people successful there's no point in being successful. For me anyway. I always wanted to make it to help people like me in my city.

My pupil is mentoring people now. He's a beast. He's got his hand in many pots, lol I wonder where he got that from? My favorite part is he monetizes everything, just like I do.

It bothers me black men aren't mentoring the youth. These young men and women are lost out here. Even the ones with a mom and dad need additional instruction.

Identify your gifts and figure out how you can educate the youth on how to be what's made you successful in your lane.
