Yep. I've waited tables and I know a lot of the BS that companies do. I know good workers who got fired because companies will find any excuse to fire if you they have to reimburse because you dealt with cheap customers or they'll fudge the books.

Not tipping doesn't really hurt the company overall, it just screws over the person working. It's like

Yea some dude just fixed my muffler and some other shyt for 85 dollars, just gave him the straight hundred. I usually just round up to the nearest 5 or 0 dollar on my tips. People remember good tips and usually aren't angry to serve you again in the future
