I was my dads favorite cus I played ball and it was something he did during his high school years so he had a connection n went to all my games he could make and my older brother was in the band for his 4 years and never once did he go to my brothers concerts and not even his last one as a senior 
I didn't realize it cuz I was young and dumb at the time and until my brother told me when we had a convo about his feelings towards are father
Also little things he use to harass my brother about like he wasn't doing it when he was younger which was smoking weed use to call my brother a pot head
But I know good n damn well growing up in Gary Indiana my father tried it before
