A lot of people just can’t wrap their minds around this. I’m a combination of this and asexual and in everyday life I don’t even bother explaining it anymore.

I’m never going to have the conversation with my parents that I won’t be dating anymore, I don’t want to have sex, I’m never having kids. If they can’t figure out from the fact that I’m still childless past 40 and the last woman I brought around them was well over 15 years ago that’s on them.

There’s just no good way to explain that type of stuff to others because their entire world revolves around something I couldn’t care less about.
