He had no right to put hands on them. Call the police. I hope he is fired. You should ask what would you do if you were trying to get a refund and the employee comes from behind the counter and puts hands on you? That was completely out of line.
I'm not getting shot for those broads when somebody decides to stand their ground, or the police show up and say I acted aggressively.
